Planning and Zoning Commission passed CUP 001-20

The Cherry County Planning and Zoning Commission held a meeting Tuesday, January 5, 2021, in the Cherry County Court Room. The meeting was scheduled at 4:30 p.m. with the following commissioners in attendance: Dave Rodgers, Duane Kime, Gary Swanson, Chelsea Luthy, Albert Erickson, Wade Andrews, John Lee, Michael McLeod, and Zoning Administrator Jessica Coyle.

The motion was approved to add a second home for Shane Daniels with an amendment to the conservation easement.
