Prairie Doc® Perspectives Joint replacement surgery: an individualized decision

As a general internist who does primary care for adult and elderly patients, I talk to patients a lot about arthritis and joint replacement surgery. They put the question to the people on the November ballot. By a margin of 50.89 percent to 49.11 percent the people of Nebraska passed a constitutional amendment that did away with the “State Property Tax.”

Imagine if its surveillance network tracked the opinions, interests, and movements of millions of Americans. Imagine this propaganda and espionage campaign targeted the next generation of American leaders.
