Girls golf places second with season best score

The Lady Badgers hosted their invitational Tuesday, September 24, 2024, and earned second place with their season best team score of 393. West Holt earned first place with 382; O’Neill in third place with 447; and Ainsworth in fourth place with 497.

The Badger Cross Country team traveled to Gordon, Thursday, September 26, 2024. Results for the 5,000 meter varsity boys are as follows: third place, Deklin Titus, 20:21.31; fifth place, Devlin Welch, 20:34.92; 10th place, Isaac Utecht, 20:57.91; 14th place, Tanner Two Strike, 22:02.46; 19th place, Landen Mooney, 23:53.87; 23rd place, Boone Jespersen, 25:03.06; 24th place, Duncan Mosner, 25:03.73; 30th place, Jackson Huggins, 26:32.21.
Cowboys victorious over the Rams

The Cowboys were victorious over the Crawford Rams Friday, with a final score of 50-14. The Cowboys are on the road this week to visit the Arthur County Wolves.
Middle Niobrara NRD partners with NRCS on Bone and Long Pine Watershed Plan

Lincoln – In August 2024, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Nebraska Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), in partnership with Middle Niobrara Natural Resources District (NRD) received official approval on the Bone and Long Pine Creek Watershed Project Improvement Plan.
