Troopers make 32 DUI arrests during Independence Day weekend

JULY 8, 2025 (LINCOLN, NEB.) — Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol removed 32 impaired drivers from the road over the Independence Day Weekend. “This weekend included celebrations across the state and many people who made the wise decision to avoid driving impaired,” said Colonel Bryan Waugh, superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol.
