Frederick Peak Golf Club is seeking bids from licensed and insured contractors to repair the roof, water damage and windows on the clubhouse and/or complete an addition to the clubhouse. Each contractor submitting a bid is required to submit one bid for the repairs alone and a separate bid for the repairs including the addition. Interested bidders are encouraged to examine the project sight and review the architectural documents and materials list thoroughly before submitting their bids. Bidding documents may be examined at Frederick Peak Golf Club, 1000 Dowden Street, Valentine, Nebraska by appointment. Bid documents may be obtained electronically by downloading from the City of Valentine website at https://www. valentinene.gov. Sealed bids will be accepted with the Clubhouse Manager or Director of Golf, 1000 Dowden Street, Valentine NE 69201 until 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. The sealed bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the regularly scheduled board meeting on March 4, 2026 at 6pm. Envelopes containing the sealed bids shall be marked “Clubhouse Repairs and Potential Addition” in the lower left-hand corner. The City and Frederick Peak Golf Club reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formal defects or irregularities in the bids, when deemed to be in the interest of the city. Village of Kilgore Board of Trustees Regular Meeting

The Village of Kilgore Board of Trustees met in regular monthly session on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026, at the meeting room at the Kilgore Community Center. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson W. Hill. Rothleutner, C. Hill, and Stoner (formally Mosher) were present.
