Nebraska hospital system to resume delayed surgeries

OMAHA, (AP)-A Nebraska hospital system has announced it will begin resuming non-emergency surgeries and procedures that had been postponed last month due to a surge in COVID-19 cases. Beginning Monday, Nebraska Medicine will move out of its “crisis standard of care” plan enacted on January 13, the health system said in a statement Friday.

A tender love story of devotion

One of the greatest love stories ever told came out of a southern Bible college. The president was a godly man who dearly loved his wife. His students honored him and he taught them the Bible. But the life lesson he taught them about loving was far more impactful than anyone could have dreamed. He made a choice--which eventually led to him modeling the greatest life lesson of love that those students could ever observe.
