Billy passed away on July 3, 2023. At the time of his death he was residing in Wyoming. He was born August 13, 1957 in Omaha. Graduated high school in Valentine. He was employed with Hewlitt Packard for several years until he retired in 2020.
He moved from Colorado to Wyoming so he could enjoy his time with his brother Tom. Billy enjoyed many things such as, but not limited to, golf and playing his guitars, loved to write music, and loved hanging out with his family.
Billy was preceded in death by his father, William Jennings Slusher and his mother Ruth Jeanette Slusher of Valentine.
He is survived by his brother, Steve Slusher of San Diego, CA and Tom Slusher of Chandler, AZ and Wyoming.
Graveside services will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery August 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.
