The Lakeview Church children’s Christmas program is set for Sunday, December 12 at 3:00 p.m. All are welcome! Tom and Shauna Brewer of Buffalo, WY came for the funeral of Gwenda Jackson and were guests of Ron and Becky Patton.

Jimmy and Heidi Doyle recently vacationed on the big island of Hawaii to celebrate their anniversary and Heidi’s birthday. Lots of sun, sand, sightseeing during their time there and it’s highly recommended! Jimmy’s parents, James and Ruth Doyle, stayed with River and Bridger during that time.

Guests of Duane and Janet Cady on Monday and Tuesday was Janet’s brother, Don Thomas and wife Virginia of Yuma, AZ. Joshua Stammis will be installed as Pastor at Lakeview Church this Sunday with Gary Maas leading the service.

CDC and FDA Authorize Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 Vaccine for Children 5-11 Years Old

Lincoln – On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a recommendation for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children ages five through 11. The CDC announcement follows the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for emergency use in children 5 through 11 years of age on October 29, 2021. This recommendation applies to all children of age 5 through 11, including those with underlying conditions and previous COVID infection.
