Kentucky Derby celebrated at Cherry Hills

Cherry Hills Estates Assisted Living and Independent Senior Apartments celebrated their very own seventh annual Kentucky Derby. 4-H Special Food results

The 2025 Cherry County 4-H Special Foods Competition was held June 3, at the United Methodist Church in Valentine. Youth participated in a variety of categories. The day started on a sweet note with the “cupcake wars” where youth presented their most delectable recipes with a fun theme.

President’s, Dean’s lists released from Northeast

Northeast Community College in Norfolk has released the President’s HonorListandDean’sHonor List for both full– and part–time students for the Spring 2025 semester. To be named to the President’s Honor List, students must earn a grade point average of 4.0 and be enrolled for at least 12 credit hours.
