Lakeview Area News

Some wild weather on Sunday afternoon and evening kept peoples eyes on the sky, and on their cell phones checking radar. Tornadoes were spotted near Parmelee and St. Francis, and the Lakeview area had .30 to about 1.50” from several I had contact with. Swirling clouds, high winds, rain and some hail made for a little more excitement that most wanted, and a few ventured down to their basement to be on the safe side. Elliot and Cindy Yenglin lost about 30 bales due to a lightening fire also.
