Debra Jean Todd Reagle, age 66, of Valentine, was born July 12,1958 to Dwight and Lavina Jean (Shelbourn) Todd in Valentine. She was later joined by sisters Peggy and Janet. She graduated from Valentine High School and was proud to be from the Class of 1976.
She married Eldon Reagle December 29, 1979, and was blessed with four children. Daughters Michelle born in 1976, Mary 1981, Melissa 1983 and Maranda 1985.
Throughout the years she gained many treasured friendships whether it be from her different jobs, classmates, church, health visits, or by simply meeting on the streets. She truly met no stranger and was loved by all whom met her.
Deb had a love for the Huskers! She enjoyed watching every sport and was able to attend some as well. She had great memories of the football parties with friends and a highlight was the girlfriend parties each year. She treasured those friendships.
Family was everything to her, so by simply being together, it brought her great joy. She also enjoyed following her grandchildren in their many sports and extracurricular activities. She was able to enjoy a trip to Cancun with all her family by her side along with some of her favorite friends.
Deb was a member of the Methodist Church. She had a very strong faith and that is what carried her through her strong and courageous battle with cancer.
She was welcomed to Heaven October 31, 2024, at her home in Valentine.
Deb is preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Reagle; parents, Dwight and Jean Todd; in-laws, Alvin and Velna Reagle; brother Charles Merl; brother-in-law, Vernie Reagle.
She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Michelle Richards, Mary Reagle, Melissa Reagle (Rodney Murray) and Maranda Reagle; her grandchildren, Skyler Reagle, Haylee Richards, Ava Reagle, Emma Richards, Kolton Murray, Leighton Reagle, and Collier Reagle; sisters, Peggy (Richard) Boyer and Janet Todd; sister inlaw, Arlene (Tim) Murphy; also, nieces, nephews and her many lasting friendships.
A private family memorial service for Deb Reagle was held at Sandoz Chapel of the Pines. Pastor Jake Schadel officiated. Inurnment will be at a later date at Mount Hope Cemetery in Valentine. Sandoz Chapel of the Pines was entrused with service arrangements.
