Drought has severe impact on crop yield in southeastern Nebraska

Forecasters from NOAA Weather said there was a chance of snow for overnight into Friday, November 4, in the Valentine area, but small frozen icicles were what was produced. However, snow is forecasted for this Thursday, November 10, with a 60 percent chance.
