Happy Halloween!

The Valentine Public Library said of their pumpkin decorating contest: “We were so very pleased with the participation and had a total of 28 pumpkins.” The winners are as follows: Child below five years old, Lydia Hand; youth between five and seven years old was a tie between Leo Giese and Lauralee Krueger; youth between eight and 11 years old, Luke Osnes; youth between 12 - 18, Katelyn Bitner; adults 18 and older, Jan Knispel.
