Hail wasn’t going to steal the joy of grape growing in Nenzel, NE! So the Nollette’s turned what could have been “sour grapes” into a harvest festival with the inaugural grape stomp! Traditional methods were used and judged by the amount of juice that was squeezed out. At right is a white spigot where the juice falls into a pail and is measured.
