University of Sioux Falls honors spring graduates Erin Cheney of Shelton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from University of Sioux Falls. Cheney and over 400 students were celebrated for graduation in the spring commencement ceremony.

After the convention in Valentine the board decided that we needed to move the convention back to the spring-like it has been since the Sandhills Cattle Association started holding our annual convention and trade show,” organizers said. “This year we started our 83rd annual Convention and trade show on Thursday, May 26, with our 25th annual Golf Classic at the Atkinson-Stuart Country Club. We had another great turnout on this beautiful golf course this year with 40 golfers. The day began with our usual shotgun start at 10:00 a.m., and the teams had a day full of fun on this course.”
