The Valentine City Council met for their regular meeting, Thursday, February 9, 2023, at the City Library Meeting Room. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. with the following in attendance: City ClerkDeannaSchmit,CityManager Shane Siewert, Council members Ross Brockley, Brad Arnold, Neil Wescott, and Kyle Arganbright.
