What things do I need to consider after a fire?

With the recent fires in Nebraska farmers and ranchers may have questions about what to do with their land and pasture? What should I do with pastures? For all perennial cool & warms season grasses, they should come back just fine with adequate moisture. Cool-season grasses had started some growth (green up) at the time of the fire.

Apr 28 2022-CAMBRIDGE, (AP) Progress has been made toward fully containing a deadly southwestern Nebraska wildfire that has been burning since last week, officials said. Crews had 88% of the Road 702 Fire contained behind fire breaks by Thursday morning, the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency said in a news release.
