Martin Louis Jones was born on March 19, 1935 at home in Mission, SD to Lawrence “LE” and Florence (Knittel) Jones. Martin was the third of four children: Elizabeth “Betty Ann” Kalblinger, Loretta Hopkins, and Larry Jones.

Ternie Carroll (Caulfield) Wright, age 75, of Broken Bow, passed away at Bergan Mercy Hospital of Omaha, November 9, 2023. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Broken Bow, with Rev. Becky Dobitsch officiating. Burial followed at the Broken Bow Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church and Healing Hearts and Families. Govier Brothers Mortuary were in charge of arrangements. She attended school in Winner, SD, and graduated high school from Oconto in 1966.

Kathryn Darlene (Starkjohann) Ross, 85, of Valentine, passed away November 6, 2023 at her ranch home near Sparks. Kathryn was born April 3, 1938 at Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth, to Fred and Esther Starkjohann.

Graveside services for Rena Mae Belsky, 94, will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2023 at the Gordon Cemetery in Gordon, will Pastor Jon Oetting officiating. Rena passed away November 1, 2023 at the Torrington Community Hospital surrounded by family. Colyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pamela Sue Seberge r, 67, of Lexington, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Bryan Medical Center in Lincoln, NE, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 19, 1956, in Valentine, to Dick and Almira (Shelbourn) Jeffers.

Hazel Bullis Abbuhl passed away in her home in Issaquah, WA on October 23, 2023 at the age of 85 surrounded by family after a struggle with declining health. She faced death as she faced life: with courage, love, and grace.

Richard (Dick) James Perrett was born July 10, 1953 in Valentine, to Bob and Betty (Moorehouse) Perrett. On September 15, 2023, Richard passed away in his home in Rio Vista, TX with his family supporting him. He was 70 years old.

Edward Lee (E.L.) Spencer, Jr., longtime Auburn, AL civic and business leader and generous benefactor to the community and the university, died at home October 12, 2023 at the age of 93, surrounded by his beloved family and care team.

Michael Shawn Kegley was born August 22, 1968 to Donna and Jack Kegley. He attended and gradua ted from Ainsworth Community Schools, where he was an avid athlete and talented football player.

Mary Olive Keim was born on October 23, 1936 north of Crookston, in Todd County, South Dakota to Maford H. and Aileen E. ( Malone) Yenglin. She passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at the Rock County Hospital Long Term Care Center in Bassett, at the age of 86 years.
