Clearly, the skies were clouded over so there was very little viewing Friday, August 2. Michael Sibbernsen gave a presentation during the public night about the constellations and Messier objects one had hoped to view. -
One of several of the organizers, is John Johnson and his good buddy, Mark Urwiller of the Honey Creek Observatory. They plan the speakers, the date and have to take into consideration when the moon rise and other planetary on goings are going on.
