Farm and ranch financial clinics to be held

These clinics are for farmers and ranchers and their families. They are confidential, one-on-one sessions with an experienced ag law attorney and ag finance counselor. These clinics have been offered in Nebraska since 1989.

Work resumes on US-12, East of Sparks

Ainsworth-Work resumed, April 11, on N-12 east of Sparks, from reference post 18.68 to reference post 22.12, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Western Engineering Company, Inc of Harlan, IA is the contractor for this project.

NSP releases results of Distracted Driving Campaign

APRIL 11, 2023, LINCOLN — The Nebraska State Patrol has completed a week-long campaign focused on distracted driving. Last week, troopers issued seven citations for using a handheld wireless communication device while driving.

While you enjoy the great outdoors floating, take precautions to avoid trespassing. The land beneath Nebraska’s rivers and streams is considered private property. Trespassing onto private land is disrespectful to landowners and can result in a citation.
