The FDA and CDC recommend this vaccine for anyone six months and older, no matter how many COVID-19 vaccines you have received. Just like a flu shot that changes each year, the new COVID booster is updated to match the strain that is making people sick this fall. You can get the updated vaccine at least two months after your last COVID-19 shot.
