Valentine Extra Helpings Food Pantry volunteers needed

The Community Services Program at Northwest Community Action Partnership (NCAP) is searching for volunteers to help run the Valentine Extra Helpings food pantry. The Extra Helpings Food Pantry serves approximately 80 individuals monthly. In the past year, we have distributed 18,974 pounds of food. The Extra Helpings food pantry promotes client choice because the clients can shop and get the food they like instead of being given a bag.

DWU announces Dean’s List Dakota Wesleyan University recently released its fall 2022 dean’s list which includes a total of 311 university students. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a four-point scale.

Legislature unlikely to act on Senator Brewer’s residency
