American Legion Senior Baseball Coach Kent Lopez said he had received many comments that it was a well run tournament. “The tournament director was Jason Schubauer, and I received a lot of comments on how great the tournament was ran. That’s really all you can ask.”

Four youth competed in the 75th National High School Rodeo Finals in Gillette, WY, July 16-22. They are pictured above, L to R: Sage Schrunk, Hailey Witte, Cooper Fay and Sutton Schrunk. Sage in bulldogging and team roping, Hailey in barrels, and Cooper and Sutton in the saddle broncs.

Incidents On 07/18/2023 at 8:11 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of North Macomb Street. A 21 year old South Dakota man was cited for possession of marijuana less than one ounce and drug paraphernalia.
