Plans have been put into place for this years Valentine’s Heart of Christmas Celebration marking its seventh year, set to occur on Shop Small Town Saturday, which is November 26. The parade will be held once again on Green Street due to road constructiononMainStreet.Starting time will remain at 6:00 p.m.

Leo Brinda Post 90 and the Sons of the American Legion in Valentine will sponsor the annual Fill an Empty Stocking and Share the Gift of Reading projects. Parents and/ or legal guardians with physical custody who wish to sign up their children for gifts need to fill out the forms at Union Bank and Trust on Highway 20 in Valentine on or before Friday December 9.
