BADGER OF THE WEEK

Mekallyn Bancroft, Junior, Golf Mekallyn wrapped up her junior year of golf by earning a 14th place medal at the state tournament. Her score of 182 over the two days led the Lady Badgers to an overall 5th place finish! Great work, Mekallyn! - Andy Cronin, Principal.

Long is lone qualifier for state XC

The Valentine Badger Cross Country team traveled to Ainsworth, Thursday, October 14, 2021, for their district meet. The 5K run on the Ainsworth Municipal Golf Course had a 55 degree day with northwest winds at 10-15 mph.

BADGER OF THE WEEK

Nicole Williams, Senior, Golf Nicole has had a great senior season helping the Lady Badgers to multiple meet victories this year. She placed fifth at districts last week leading the team to a runner-up plaque and a trip to the state golf tournament.

Sean Springer, Senior Sean is an exceptional student. He has at least a 98 percent in all his classes this year.

Lady Badgers host Pink Out tournament

The Lady Badgers began their week by hosting Todd County, Tuesday, October 12, 2021 where they won in three sets. Valentine - 25, 25, 25 = 3 Todd County - 16, 21, 7 = 0 Malika Monroe and Kailee Kellum led in attacks each with 12, followed by Lainey Egelhoff with 10.

Lady Badgers place fifth at NSAA State Golf

The Valentine Girls Golf team ended their season at the NSAA Class C Girls State Golf Tournament at the Elks Country Club at Columbus. The team placed fifth in the two-day state tournament with a 408/384.
