For many, the 22nd annual Bull Bash began long before the Main Event was open at 11:00 P.m. There was loading, and driving to Valentine from all over - and that included loading cattle, equipment, feed, and vehicles - then unloading and getting the pen ready, setting out swag, and finally being to receive visitors of all ages.

The Cowboys hosted Crawford, Friday, February 3, 2023, and won with a score of 58-43. They traveled to Minatare, Saturday, February 4, and won with a score of 75-35.

The Badger boys wrestling team competed at SWC last Thursday, February 2, 2023. Valentine ended up third place as a team. Will Sprenger, Ashton Lurz, and Cayden Lamb all came home with individual championships.
