The Badger Golf Team played at the Kearney Country Club May 25-26, 2021 in Class C NSAA Boys Golf Championship. “The top 15 schools in Class C qualified for state championship in Kearney and Valentine ended up 15 out of 75 Class C schools in Nebraska,” said Coach Devin Muirhead.

The Valentine Middle School 4x800M Relay team broke a record for the second time this season. The team of Aubrey Benson, Aiden Hand, Christen Malard, Maile Patterson, and alternate Samantha Sprenger, pictured above, competed at the Junior High State Track Meet held in Gothenburg on May 15, 2021.

At the recent Sports Banquet, a new award was given to teacher Danielle Arganbright. Valentine High School principal Andy Cronin explained the award this way: So, I want to tell the story correctly, but not be misunderstood.
