Clarine J. Balliet was born December 11, 1951 in Mullen, NE to Gayle and Minnie Mary Hamilton. She died July 16, 2026.
Clarine was a cosmetologist in the Sandhills for 50 years. She valued her clients and her salon became her ministry. She was active in Children’s Ministries and Women’s Aglow and enjoyed quilting, plants, collecting antiques, and working in her yard. Her favorite moments were spent baking, crafting, and making memories with her grand kids.
Clarine is survived by her husband Wally Balliet; children Casey Rohde and Sabrena (Spencer) Anderson; and step daughter Brandi (Robbie) Lewis; grandchildren, Hannah and Tyler Rohde, Peyton, Parker, and Paxton Anderson, Chaney Lewis and Cade Lewis; brothers Tom (Pat) Hamilton, John (Cindy) Hamilton and Craig Hamilton.
She is preceded in death by her first husband Dean Pearman; son Cory Pearman; and sister Gayla (Mark) Horvat.
Clarine’s Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 28 at 10:00 a.m., at Bethel Assembly Church in Thedford. Graveside burial to follow and lunch at the Bethel Assembly Church.
