Gerry Franklin Graham was born on September 23, 1939 at Ainsworth, to Casey (Frank) and Alice Graham of Springview. Gerry died at home on August 15, 2023 at the age of 83 surrounded by family.
Gerry married Stella Grooms March 17, 1956 at Chadron. To this union three children were born. At his time of death, they had 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
Gerry graduated from Keya Paha County High School in 1957. He is well known for being a mechanic. He worked at the Skelly Station, Cosgrove Dodge, and Bassett Motors before starting his own Kawasaki dealership.
Gerry and Stella could often be seen on their motorcycle at CMA and ABATE events from 1992 to 2004. He was a volunteer at the Sandhill Rod and Gun Club.
Gerry is preceded in death by his father, Casey; step mother, Bernadine; his mother, Alice; and sister, Avis Hollopeter.
He is survived by his wife, Stella; his children; and sisters, Aliene Clark and Enid Worth and many other family members.
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
