LouAnn P. Guillory, 84

LoAnn “Ann” Philamalee Guillory was born on June 22, 1936 to Ora and Pearl Philamalee in Cherry County. She passed unexpectedly on June 19, 2021 at her home in Bastrop, TX.

Ann grew up in and near Valentine. She enjoyed helping her dad on the family farm, throwing hay bales, tending animals and operating their tractor.

Ann worked until she was 75 as an accomplished bookkeeper. She loved working with numbers.

Her hobbies included reading and crossword puzzles but her passion was baking, especially for friends and family. She also loved going to the Bastrop Senior Center on Tuesday evenings for great music, food and time with good friends.

Ann married Ray Guillory on April 5, 2003. They loved to travel the U.S. but most of all, they loved dancing, especially waltzing, as often as they could, to country music.

Predeceased by her husband, her parents and her three siblings.

Survived by her daughter, Linda Lombard (Ralph Quinonez), her daughters, Heather (Randy) Varela and Linsey (David) Silva and eight grandchildren; son, Brad Stevens and his son Bradley, stepdaughter, Ann (Paul) Calderon and their three children. Also many family members and friends.
