Viola Bessie (Bess) Mogle, age 100, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Cherry Hills Estates in Valentine.
Bess, former resident of Gordon was born on December 6, 1920 at Brownlee to John (Jack) W. and Daisy C. Galligher. She was one of ten children. On April 30, 1938, she married William A. Mogle of Cody. They raised two daughters, Lorena and Shirley.
She is survived by her daughters, Lorena (Richard) Cobb of Merriman, Shirley Kime of Valentine, and sister, Nellie Gentry of North Platte. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Dallas Kime, Shane Kime and Tria (Cobb) Boomer, as well as four great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, special niece, Sandy (Gentry) Sayer of North Platte and special nephew, Don Kelly of Denver CO. She also leaves behind many friends that loved her and will miss her.
Bessie was preceded in death by her parents, eight siblings, and son in law, Kenneth (Buzz) Kime.
Burial will be held at a later date in the Gordon Cemetery.
